Our Design Process

Not sure what designing a new kitchen entails? Take a look at our step-by-step design process:

1.    Meeting 1: Firstly, we schedule your initial design consultation. This face-to-face meeting is to go over ideas for your design concept and will take place onsite or if you have plans @ PCK showroom. 

2.    Meeting 2:  This meeting is with your designer at PCK showroom to view and discuss PCK's design proposal, material options and the costings involved for your project.

3.    Ready to move ahead? Moving forward with PCK, we will require a holding deposit of $300 which places your job in our system. When your contract is drawn up the holding deposit will be deducted from your 10% deposit

4.   Meeting 3: Your holding deposit has been paid so this next meeting is to finalise details of your plan, colours selections, material and finishes. This can be done via email/phone call/ or in house.

5.   Optional - Interior Design service: Eliesha Keenan, an award-winning Interior Designer @ Paiano Design, has partnered with PCK to offer our clients a 90 minute Foundations Session for the exclusive price of $395  (normally $695)

Before you sign contracts and specification sheet, Eliesha will take you through a variety of options in materials/colours enabling you to be confident in your colours/material selection.

Please note: Change of materials selections during the planning stages may vary costs.

6.    Meeting 4: This meeting held at PCK showroom is to sign contracts and specifications sheet. All parties have agreed on the design, colours, materials, an approximate timeframe of work and your contracts, specifications sheet have been signed. Payment of your 10% deposit balance is now required.     

7.   Congratulations you have successfully designed and ordered your new PCK kitchen. Following the placement of your order your check measure will be scheduled. Our office will call to book in your check measure and upon completion your final plans will be issued.
